Arthur Miller’s classic; 4 Acts, 2 ½ Hours; of tremendous Drama dealing with the infamous Salem Witch-hunts of 1692.
A totally committed and talented cast rehearsed for 4 months to do justice to the tragedy of John and Elizabeth Proctor, and the innocents who were swept up in the religious hysteria.
Miller wrote this as a parallel to the McCarthy witch hunts in the ’50s in America of which he was a victim.
“…the demanding script was handled with maturity and startling interpretation…the production excelled from the beginning.”
